Vintri Technologies’ Verified Single Source of Truth (SSoT) Services team consists of analytical experts who specialize in sourcing and conditioning data to optimize its accessibility and traceability.

The level of involvement of the Verified SSoT Services team is determined at the onset of a client project and encompasses two general service categories: Conformance & Traceability and Data Curation.

Conformance & Traceability Expertise

• Assist clients in writing RFPs and materials requirements documentation for their supply chain partners.

• Iteratively work with suppliers to ensure data meets clients’ usability and data quality requirements.

• Investigate each supplier’s existing data models and creating a relationship map between different sources.

• Educating all stakeholders regarding the difference between usable data and unusable data.

• Work closely with clients to establish their material data program.

• Create value-added reporting that optimizes construction and operations decision-making.

Data Curation

• Identification of relevant client documentation and mining of data within those docs.

• Data and document consolidation.

• Mapping and loading data from the client’s supply chain into the vintriCORE platform.

• Creating custom data export templates.

• Administrative support to ensure the vintriCORE platform is being used efficiently by the client.

Reporting

• Equip clients with the information they need to ensure their suppliers conform to optimal data capture.
