VintriCORE’s new Companies feature permits users to effectively manage sources of data.

Users can now create companies as labeled sources for asset data and set them up with several different capabilities.

This feature can be used for internal groups within a company that may work with the data, suppliers that provide value-added services for assets, or asset manufacturers.

DATA SOURCE VISIBILITY

The latest version of vintriCORE includes new Data Source Visibility functionality, which provides an automated cross-check of traceable attributes between sources of asset data.

This functionality in combination with the Companies feature provides the basis for the next functionality, Enhanced Visibility.

ASSET TRACEABILITY: ENHANCED VISIBILITY

This release contains new functionality that enhances the visibility into asset traceability.

VintriCORE will now flag data traceability failures for assets, providing users with the ability to quickly and clearly identify these issues.

For example, the platform will recognize traceability issues for assets that have conflicting values or entries from different sources of data and alert the user that errors have been detected.

DATE RANGE SEARCH

VintriCORE’s Advanced Search now includes the ability to limit searches to assets that were modified within a specific date range.

CUSTOMER API

VintriCORE clients can now control direct integrations between the platform and third-party applications of their choice.

ASSET DETAIL LAYOUT

The layout of VintriCORE’s Asset Detail has been enhanced to include improved organization and navigation.

In addition, the Asset Detail has been updated to feature pertinent information brought about by new features in this release, including Data Sources, Conflicts, and Traceability Issues.

ENHANCED ASSET IMPORTING

The asset import process has been enhanced to take advantage of the new Companies and Data Sources Visibility features.

Specifically, users can now specify the company from which the data originates on the asset import dialogue.

We’ve made over 50 more updates in this release.

Some of the additional notable advancements include the following:

• Multi-joints with only pup IDs modified can now be re-uploaded.

• The valid search indicator display has been enhanced for all valid search queries.

• In offline mode, the number of asset results in the search window is now displayed.
